About Green Corridor

Green Corridor is a well established and pioneering environmental charity

Over the last 10 years Green Corridor has successfully worked with “hard to reach” young people through environmental education programmes, we have found that these programmes have helped to facilitate a return to education or employment whilst also helping to engender a sense of belonging and ownership.

In 2008 we agreed the following aspirations:

1. To become an environmental training provider, creating opportunities for people to develop skills and qualifications in practical conservation management and supporting them through the exciting transition of trainee to employee

2. To develop our west London Tree Buddies project into a national programme.

3.To be a recognised centre of excellence for delivering positive social change through environmental engagement initiatives.
