Make a real difference – become one of our Trustees!
Our vision is to connect young people and their communities to more promising futures.
As a Trustee, you will work with colleagues to provide strategic direction, set overall policy and evaluate performance to ensure the charity’s effective and efficient administration and financial stability.
We seek to have a wide range of people on the Board with a variety of skills and where possible, have Board members from the diverse population of the West London boroughs we serve. While there is no need to have trustee experience, we are interested in you if you are keen to support young people with special educational needs and learning disabilities and contribute to our local communities. Trustee training and support will be provided.
As a Trustee, you are expected to:
- attend all quarterly Board meetings plus at least one planning sessions per year;
- contribute advice and support on a regular basis as needed; and
- attend events and visit project work each year.
All travel and out of pocket expenses will be paid.
If you would like to use your skills and experience at Board level to help us help young people, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
