How to support us right now (for free!)

Green Corridor is now registered with Easyfundraising, which means you can raise FREE donations for us every time you shop online. Over 4,000 shops online retailers including Amazon, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS,, eBay, Boden, and M&S, and when you make a purchase, sites will donate to us when you use Easyfundraising to shop with them – at no extra cost to yourself!

It would be amazing if you could sign up, it’s completely FREE and only takes a moment.

You can find our Easyfundraising page at:

We are also now on Amazon Smile which means you can donate to Green Corridor for FREE every time you buy something on Amazon!  We would really appreciate it if you would make us your chosen charity on Amazon to raise free funds to go towards getting much needed resources for our current learners and the new young people starting with us in September.

We are also looking for volunteers to donate their time to Green Corridor during these tough times to help us prepare for the large influx of learners who are enrolling onto our courses in September 2020!

Volunteering activities will involve being outside in the sunshine, working alongside our project manager doing hands on tasks. Examples of these could be painting classrooms, building fences, planting seeds and putting together picnic benches!

You don’t need any experience, we’ll show you the way and provide you with all the PPE you may need. We are inclusive of all and are able to make adjustments to make tasks easier and help you.

We have put measures in place to ensure our entire learning and development centre is safe, adhering to social distancing following government guidance and to ensure the safety of all our visitors, learners and staff. We have put a number of measures in place including; a one way system, a large amount of face masks available on hand, all visitors/learners/staff must have their temperature taken at reception, strict social distancing and higher frequency of cleaning of the facilities.

If you are able to volunteer and support our charity and cause, please get in touch today and we can talk you through any questions you may have. We’d love to have you!

Harune’s Story

Before Green Corridor

Harune has a diagnosis of both ADHD and mental health difficulties so has found it hard to find the right kind of support as he has transitioned into adulthood. He had been to several colleges completing both long and short-term courses, but had been out of work or education for over a year before coming to us.

While at Green Corridor

Harune’s brother found the course through our close working with Heathrow and Harune jumped at the chance to get back into education. While at Green Corridor he has completed a Level 2 award in Practical Horticulture skills then transitioned onto our BIG Lottery programme to gain a Level 2 qualification in Home Cooking Skills and build on his independence skills. Alongside his formal qualifications Harune’s big achievement has been the increase in his self-confidence, appropriate communication skills and his ability to manage his emotions himself, rather than having to rely on others around him.

After Green Corridor

Now that Harune has completed his final assessment in Home cooking skills, creating a very tasty fish pie, he has enrolled on the Heathrow Academy Pre-Employment programme. The programme is a 2 week pre-employment programmeand job brokerage scheme to support Harune to become ‘Heathrow Ready,’ so that he can gain paid, part time employment within one of the many catering establishments around and within Heathrow.
