Green Corridor works on a tight budget and is extremely cost effective. 91% of your money goes directly towards helping very isolated and disadvantaged young people move forward to a brighter future.
We want you to be involved in any way you can, whether it’s as a donor, volunteer or mentor. Green Corridor needs about £350,000 each year to carry out its important work, enhancing the lives of young people, widening their horizons and teaching them about horticulture, catering, functional skills and employability, Any donation, regardless of size, is most welcome.
Credit or debit card
To make a donation by credit or debit card, please go to the Virgin Money Giving website by clicking here. This is a secure site and you will be able to opt for Gift Aid.
Your entire donation goes to Green Corridor, none is paid in commission.
Simply send a cheque made out to Green Corridor and download the Gift Aid Declaration. Please fill it in and return it to us with your donation. This will enable Green Corridor to claim £250 for every £1000 donated by a standard rate taxpayer.
This is a similar method to giving by cheque and is especially suitable if you donate regularly to a number of charities. You simply set up an account with the Charities Aid Foundation and then send a CAF cheque to Green Corridor. CAF reclaims the tax on your behalf and adds it to your account.
Leaving a gift in your will to Green Corridor is one of the most cost-effective and easy ways of helping. Simply name The Green Corridor, registered charity no. 1092093 in your will and you will be giving today to benefit the young people of tomorrow.
Leaving a donation in your will also has the added advantage of being free of inheritance tax and is therefore a very tax-efficient way of donating.
“We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for the opportunity we had of working with you. We appreciated the organisation, planning and your thoughtfulness in making the experience of doing conservation work a positive and meaningful one.”
