National Careers Week - Cian!

It's the 10 year anniversary of National Careers Week and we're celebrating by sharing some of our learner's stories!
Cian - Horticulture Learner
Cian has taken on his Horticulture course at Green Corridor with a great sense of willingness to learn. His confidence has increased whilst with us and he has even joined community groups like church and Army Cadets. Cian is always very honest and has some really realistic aspirations and goals. During 121’s with our EHCP and Transitions Coordinator, Cian has always been able to remain positive even when life can be challenging and continues to engage.
"Since I started working at Green Corridor in March, Cian has become an extremely capable horticulturalist with the keen eye for the details required to succeed in his chosen industry. He has also developed into a mature andconfident young man who is always looking for new ways to develop his ever-increasing skill set. Cian consistently shows high levels of responsibility and adaptability along with the resilience needed to thrive in today’s extremely competitive yet rewarding jobs market within the horticulture industry."
