Shefali’s journey has been an incredible one, she has matured throughout her time at Green Corridor, has become more confident and very professional! This has been reflected in one-to-one’s and Shefali is able to take on board her targets as her sense of achievement is very important to her.
She is very focused on food safety in the kitchen and has been given the lead role in recording information needed to demonstrate our food safety standards to outside agencies – a role and responsibility she is very proud of. Shefali has gained the respect of her peer group and was voted in as joint Class Rep, which speaks volumes."
