We do not use application forms. Placements can only be secured via consultations received directly from Local Authorities. If you would like to secure a placement for your young person, please inform your Local Authority SEN Case Officer who will send us a consultation requesting a placement for them. Once we have received a consultation, we will contact you to arrange a 1:1 consultation visit with one of our Admissions Panel. These visits will be held during term times to allow you to see our provision in action.
