Head of Inclusion
Green Corridor is seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead to support young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning disabilities.
The role involves overseeing Inclusion and Therapeutic Support, helping learners reduce barriers to learning and progress towards positive destinations including Further Education, Supported Internships, Volunteering, and Employment.
Responsibilities include coordinating therapeutic support, working with families and external professionals, advocating for learners, and ensuring support aligns with EHCP outcomes.
The successful candidate will also act as Green Corridor’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), overseeing safeguarding practice and liaising with parents, supported living providers, and external agencies to ensure the wellbeing and safety of learners.
SEN Tutor (pre-supported internship)
Green Corridor is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Tutor to support young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning disabilities.
The role involves delivering employability and life skills training to higher ability learners (Entry 3–Level 2), helping them build confidence, independence, and gain nationally recognised qualifications.
Responsibilities include assessing progress using the RARPA framework, adapting teaching methods to individual needs, and supporting learners with work readiness, including work experience, interview skills, and navigating public transport.
Teaching Assistant
Green Corridor runs pathways which focus on employability and skills for every day living to help young people, with SEN and learning disabilities to gain confidence and social support, alongside nationally recognised qualifications. Green Corridor requires the skills of an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant, who is able to work effectively with our learners who each have their own additional needs.
The candidate we require should ideally have experience and/or affinity for working with young adults with Special Educational Needs.
The role would involve supporting learners within their subject area, and functional skills, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
