Functional Skills Subject Lead
Green Corridor requires the skills of an experienced educator to oversee the functional skills of learners at Green Corridor, including English, Maths and Digital skills.
The Functional Skills Lead will be responsible for overseeing the functional skills baseline assessments, embedding functional skills throughout the provision, examination preparation and overseeing the correct examination processes assessing entry level examinations and completing speaking, listening and communication assessments.
The role will involve working with Foundation and Vocational Leads and developing Tutors on functional skills
SEN Tutor (pre-supported internship)
Green Corridor is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Tutor to support young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning disabilities.
The role involves delivering employability and life skills training to higher ability learners (Entry 3–Level 2), helping them build confidence, independence, and gain nationally recognised qualifications.
Responsibilities include assessing progress using the RARPA framework, adapting teaching methods to individual needs, and supporting learners with work readiness, including work experience, interview skills, and navigating public transport.
SEND Work-placement and travel training Co-ordinator
Green Corridor is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member to support young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning disabilities.
The role focuses on helping learners build confidence, independence, and employability skills through tailored support and meaningful opportunities.
Responsibilities include working with learners and their families to identify interests, supporting access to work or volunteering placements, and helping develop essential life skills such as travel training and everyday independence.
