Corporate & Community Volunteering
Make a Difference Through Team Volunteering
Looking for a meaningful team-building day that gives back to your local community? Green Corridor welcomes businesses, corporate teams and community groups to take part in our volunteer days, helping us create a positive environment where young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can develop skills, build confidence and prepare for the future.
Located in Stanwell, near Heathrow Airport, Green Corridor is a specialist SEN college and registered charity supporting young people aged 16–25 with additional needs. By volunteering with us, your team can make a tangible difference while enjoying a rewarding day working together outdoors.
Bring your team together. Give back to your community. Help open minds and open opportunities.
What to expect

Our volunteering days offer a hands-on opportunity to support Green Corridor and help improve the environment in which our learners develop their independence and practical skills.
Depending on our current projects and your group's interests, activities may include:
Gardening and outdoor improvements
Site maintenance
Painting and decorating
General groundskeeping
Improvement projects
Activities will be assigned close to the volunteer day, based on the needs of our site, the size of your group and the time of year. You will find these out when you arrive.
Plan Your Team Volunteer Day
We welcome businesses and groups looking to make a difference through practical volunteering.
Our volunteer days typically take place on Fridays, during periods when learners are not on site. This allows teams to work on projects that improve our facilities and outdoor spaces.

Seasonal Availability and Weather
As our volunteer days involve mainly outdoor activities, we offer them during the spring, summer and autumn months, when conditions are generally more suitable for practical work outside. We want your team to enjoy their day with us without having to spend it standing out in the cold or working in unsuitable weather!
Please note that all volunteer dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. If the forecast is unsuitable for the planned activities, we may need to rearrange your visit. We will communicate any changes with your nominated contact as early as possible and work with you to find an alternative date where possible. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
