About Vocational Plus

Vocational Plus is our pathway into employment, designed for learners who are ready to take the next step towards a Supported Internship or future employment.

The pathway focuses on developing the confidence, independence, and workplace skills needed to succeed in a real working environment. Through structured work experience, employer engagement, and travel training, learners develop the practical skills, knowledge, and behaviours (KSBs) that support a successful transition into employment.

Learners gain experience of workplace expectations, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and professional behaviours, while developing greater independence in everyday tasks such as travelling safely, managing responsibilities, and adapting to new environments.
